At the age of five, in Ohio, I realized I had the ability to depict what I see and think, onto paper, as a tangible image. That is when I began drawing realistic drawings. Sketching every day to entertain myself. I was given a Polaroid camera as a birthday gift, when I was 9 and I was hooked. Adding another medium to my repertoire. Throughout the years, sketching and photography allowed me to capture the world around me. I entered and won several local art contests. Wanting to further my art knowledge and skills, I decided to attend the University of Kentucky. While there, I received a full art scholarship to study in Florence, Venice, and Rome. And being inspired by the art and the architecture.  To expand my horizons, I moved to New York City and used my artistic vision and photography skills to get commercial photography work. Quickly gaining an expansive clientele. My work has been seen in publications such as American Photo, Sotheby's, Gotham Magazine, and Bon Appetit, among others. I soon started working in different mediums such as clay, charcoal, pastels, oils, and acrylics. With my new skills I displayed my art in a successful show, selling all but two of the 28-works shown. The show was called "Old Is New Again" and was a collection of drawings, ceramics, and paintings mixing several styles, from classical to postmodern.

Currently, I am working on a new series called "SHALLOW". A mixed media project using dolls.
